Storyline
Karwaan is a comedy entertainer of Bollywood, which has been directed by Akarsh Khurana. The movie stars Dulquer Salmaan, Irrfan Khan, Mithila Palkar etc. The film received mixed reviews from critics.Plot - Avinash (Dulquer Salmaan) loses his father in an accident but the body delivered to him is of the mother of a woman in another state. He wants to meet the lady to exchange coffins somewhere between Bengaluru where he lives and her home in Kochi.
Avinash's friend Shaukat (Irrfan Khan) offers his van and company to travel from Bangalore and exchange the body in Kochi. Enroute, Tanya (Mithila Palkar), the grand-daughter of the now-deceased person with whom the other body was exchanged, joins them. It is a trip that neither of them wishes to be part of but end up enduring it.
It is a story of rumination and awakenings, and as in life, here too, such things rarely happen with drum rolls and bugle calls.
Irrfan known for sheer brilliance of dialogue delivery and soul-stirring performances.He's the actor's actor, the poignant star who perhaps doesn't look it, but can pull off any kind of role. In Karwaan, his dialogue delivery is outstanding.
